DIGO ULMERSTUC

Product
Ulmerstuc is an acrylic-based plaster for indoor and outdoor use. Free from mineral binders (lime, cement etc.). It consists of an alkali-resistant, solvent-free and plasticizer-free acrylic dispersion, fine and course fillers and pigments.

Specific use
Ulmerstuc is excellently suited for durable plastering of indoor and outdoor ceilings and walls including cement, cellular concrete, chipboard, gypsum board and fixed coats of paint.

Characteristics
Ulmerstuc is weather-resistant and water-repellent, lightproof, optimally breathing, elastic, shock-resistant and is easy to apply. It is easy to apply.

Colour
Available according to an elaborate colour spectrum.
Various lots can show small differences in colour. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.

Processing temperature
Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.

Method of application
Ulmerstuc is applied with a stainless steel trowel at grain thickness. After some time, depending on drying and absorption of the surface, the final structure is obtained by means of a plastic trowel. Ulmerstuc can also be sprayed by means of proper spraying equipment (e.g. funnel pistol).

1 mm ± 2½ kg per m²
2 mm ± 3 kg per m²
3 mm ± 3½ kg per m²
4 mm ± 4½ kg per m²
5 mm ± 5 kg per m²

Packing/Contents
In plastic buckets of 8 and 17 kg.

Surface
The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Undercoat. See separate product information sheet. Always pre-treat the surface in colour with primer. See separate product information sheet. Surfaces that can cause discoloration, pre-treat with Renovation Pre-spread. See separate product information sheet.

Storage
Protect against heat and frost.

Remark
It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents. Ulmerstuc can be painted over. Ornamental plasters must always be applied with stainless steel tools. In the case of strong wind and bright sunlight, precautions against fast drying must be taken.
